Mingle Advisors is a Finnish business advisory company founded in 2017 with a multicultural team and exceptional China experience.
We help companies who are new to China to get a better understanding about the Chinese market and the way of doing the business right in a challenging environment. The company operates with Finnish knowledge and transparency together with Chinese speed and flexibility.
We provide consulting, advising and practical services for SMEs, customized services for enterprises and consulting for governmental organizations.
We organize also high-level offline and online events and conferences.
In the past four years we have advised and partnered over 100 public and private organizations.

To ensure global sustainable development, we must coordinate economic development with population, resources, and the environment. So that we contribute our effort on finding related sustainable technology and enterprises to meet Chinese and Finnish government organizations, enterprises’ needs to help build a more ecological world.
Therefore, along with ZPark, we have been building together a cooperation platform in Taiyuan (Shanxi) to help Finnish & Chinese companies approach each other in energy, cleantech and sustainability. We have started a business in several cities including Taiyuan (capital city of Shanxi hosting Energy Low Carbon Development Forum), Yangquan (first coal town producing the finest anthracite), Datong（with Tsinghua University, hosting Energy Transformation International Forum) and Jincheng （focusing on optoelectronics industry). These 2-3 cities with specific features are determinants for the future blue ocean. Actually, Shanxi got clear instructions and strong support from the central government. President Xi Jinping visited Shanxi once again on May 12, 2020, and set goals for Shanxi to lead China’s economic reopening on a sustainable track. Over the last 70 years, the coal produced in Shanxi has powered half of China’s light bulbs and propelled China’s industrialization. Entering the new era, Shanxi is on the way to breaking the “Resource Curse” and promoting China’s sustainable development.
Education
Build up the platform on educational communication between China and Finland to introduce, promote, propagate advanced education concepts and practical experience. With our professional knowledge and wild resources, we have advised more than fifty Finnish and Chinese businesses and education organizations.

Project: Beijing Design Week 2021
“Mingle Advisors (later MA) was responsible of the onsite event management of the Helsinki Guest City installation at the Design Expo on 18.-21.9.2021. The hybrid event production was extraordinary taken into account the ongoing covid crisis. The onsite project lead responsibilities were remarkable despite of the special arrangements and Mingle Advisors showed great abilities in organizing a complex event that consisted of two business seminars and multiple other activities. We were delighted to notice that MA had an eye for the smallest details and that the team took great responsibility in managing the large pool of stakeholders and service providers that were locally attached to the project. “On 17.3.2022, Mingle Advisors organized the public online event Geely Design Visions with Geely Design in China, BusinessOulu. Since automotive is the field that BusinessOulu has been valuing and expanding Oulu local companies’ business is at the same time a goal to achieve, we Mingle introduced our partner in China – Geely Group, to BusinessOulu, suggested and bridged both sides to hold the event together. The pitching focusing on automotive design, gathered excellent finalists from all over the world to give them a great opportunity to pitch their visions to the judges from Geely Group and the audience. Besides the creative designs presented by the pitchers, judges also gave the pitchers sincere feedback, clever comments and shared their visionary views and insights on automotive design.
